Mayo representative announced for All-Ireland pet competition

Samantha and Declan Ruane, from Meelick, would like to thank everyone who voted for their cat Mindy in the Mayo round of Pet Sitters Ireland ‘Nose of Tralee’ competition. Mindy reached the semi-finals of the recent Mayo competition which also featured Maisie the dog and Molly the dog. Voting was done via the Pet Sitters Ireland Facebook page and the three pets received votes from across Mayo. However, it was announced that Molly was the pet who received the larger vote, and she will now represent Mayo in the All-Ireland competition.

Samantha was delighted that her beloved family pet Mindy reached the semi-finals, which is a big achievement. Samantha would also like to wish Molly the dog the very best of luck in the All-Ireland final, with voting for that competition concluding on August 18.
