Mayo and Sam go on tour on open top bus today

THE Mayo team are bringing the Sam Maguire on an open top bus tour today.

They will be visiting 10 locations in the county as the All-Ireland celebrations continue after rapturous welcomes in Claremorris, Charlestown and Ballaghaderreen yesterday.

Mayo GAA have published the schedule for today's (Friday) open top bus tour which departs from Hastings Insurance MacHale Park at 11.30 a.m. and then on to the following:

• Breaffy GAA – 11.45 a.m.

• Ballintubber GAA – 12.10 p.m.

• Ballinrobe town – 12.35 p.m.

• The Neale GAA – 1 p.m.

• Kilmaine village – 1.15 p.m.

• Garrymore – 1.30 p.m. (stay on Kilmaine Road, not the pitch)

• Ballindine village – 2 p.m.

• Hollymount village – 2.35 p.m.

• Balla village – 3 p.m.

• Kilmeena GAA pitch – 3.30 p.m.

Supports are advised that players will not be getting off the bus during any of the village drive-throughs.
