Final call for Mayo GAA clubs to enter 'makeover' competition

With the inter-county season wrapped and Mayo crowned 2026 champions , the clock is now ticking for GAA clubs in the county across Ireland to enter Solgar’s Train Like A Legend, Support Your Club competition.

Solgar, the official vitamin partner of the GAA/GPA, is issuing a final call to clubs to get their entries in before the August 31 deadline for the chance to win a training session with Kerry football icon Colm ‘Gooch’ Cooper and €5,000 towards a club makeover.

The competition is open to GAA clubs across the island and is designed to celebrate the volunteers, players, coaches and communities that power Gaelic games every week.

One winning club will receive the top prize, while two runners-up will each receive €5,000.
