Warm Mayo tributes to 'lovely person' Caroline Corcoran on her passing

The death of Caroline Corcoran, Riverdale Court, and formerly of Carrowncurry, Pontoon Road, Castlebar, is deeply regretted in the community.

She is sadly missed by her heartbroken parents Teresa and Tony, brother Philip, sister-in-law Tara, niece Chloe, nephews Ciaran and Luc, relatives, neighbours and friends, to whom sympathy is tendered.

Warm tributes are being paid to the deceased online.

One stated: "Caroline was a truly beautiful person, inside and out; an absolute diamond with the kindest heart and the warmest smile that lit up the room.

"It was always an absolute delight to see and talk to her, and she will be missed so deeply by everyone who knew and loved her."

Another said: "Such a lovely girl with the kindest heart."

A further tribute observed: "She was always a lovely person, an absolute gem."

Caroline will repose in Coady’s Funeral Home, Castlebar, on Tuesday from 5.30 p.m. with removal at 7 p.m. to the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar.

Requiem Mass on Wednesday morning at 11 a .m. followed by burial afterwards in the New Cemetery, Castlebar.
