Public consultation workshop on playground development at Mayo leisure park

THE public is invited to attend a consultation workshop about the proposed development of the playground within the grounds of Westport Leisure Park.

The workshop will provide an opportunity for members of the community, residents, local groups, parents, children, and other interested stakeholders to learn about the proposed project, share their views, and contribute ideas that will help inform the design and development of the playground.

The workshop is taking place on Wednesday, September 23, from 3 to 4.30 p.m. and 5 to 6.30 p.m. at Westport Civic Office.

The proposed playground aims to provide a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable recreational facility for children of all ages and abilities, enhancing the amenity value of Westport Leisure Park for the wider community.

Representatives of the project team will be available to present initial concepts and to receive feedback and suggestions from attendees.

All interested parties are encouraged to participate.
