Public consultation opening on N5 Mayo bypass safety scheme

MAYO County Council, in conjunction with Transport Infrastructure Ireland, will hold a public consultation event for the N5 Swinford Bypass Safety Scheme on Tuesday, October 13.

The event will be held at the Swinford Cultural Centre (F12 WK83) from 2 to 7 p.m., where the study area, constraints and project options will be presented.

The purpose of the consultation is to inform stakeholders of the work completed to date and to invite observations that may assist in the refinement and assessment of the proposed project options.

Project information will be available to view in person at the event, and online in the virtual consultation room which will be available at n5swinfordbypasssafetyscheme.ie from Tuesday afternoon.

Feedback can be submitted online from October 13 to 30.
