Death of much-loved Castlebar woman

THE death has occurred of Margaret (Peggy) Coady (née Creaven), Mountdaisy, Castlebar.

A native of Ballybrit, Galway, she was a much-loved and respected personality who dedicated her life to her family.

She had a great passion for gardening and enjoyed the many hours spent tending to her plants. 

Deepest sympathy is extended to her husband Matt (retired member of the teaching staff of St. Gerald’s College, Castlebar), sons Damien and Kevin, brothers Larry and Patrick, sisters Mary and Eleanor, daughters-in-law Lauren and Olivia, grandchildren Tiernan and Cara, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, neighbours and a large circle of relatives and friends.

Her remains will be reposing at the Coady Funeral Home, Castlebar, on Friday evening from 5 until 7 o clock with removal on Saturday morning to St. Patrick’s Church, Ballyheane, for Requiem Mass at 11 a.m..

Burial takes places afterwards at Rahoon Cemetery, Galway.
