Mayo native appointed partner at Matheson

MATHESON has announced further expansion at the firm with the appointment of 10 new partners in the areas of corporate, commercial litigation and dispute resolution, commercial real estate, finance and capital markets and tax.

Mayo native Padraic Roche has been appointed partner in the area of corporate. In his role, he advises both public and private companies on a range of corporate law issues, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, corporate restructuring and corporate governance, with a sector focus on financial institutions and companies in the life sciences industry.

Originally from Ballina, Padraic attended St. Muredach’s College in Ballina before graduating from NUI Galway.
