What needs to happen for Mayo to reach National League final

MAYO are within touching distance of a National League final appearance on Sunday week, March 31, at Croke Park, and it looks almost certain that Kerry will provide the oppostion.

Kerry play Roscommon in their final game next weekend.

However, two things need to happen for Mayo to secure a final spot.

1. They must beat Monaghan at MacHale Park, Castlebar, on Sunday.

2. They also need Tyrone to beat or draw with Galway in Omagh on the same afternoon.

If Galway and Mayo win, both sides will be level on 10 points.

But Galway would go through to the decider on the head-to-head rule as they have already beaten Mayo in the league.
