After 18 years in Pontoon, a place he regards as 'paradise', John Dever is selling Healy’s Restaurant and Fishing Lodge and moving on.

The keen golfer intends spending more time on the golf course as well as indulging more frequently in his very favourite passtime – angling.

Healy’s is beautifully located in Pontoon, overlooking Lough Cullen, with ancient woodland to the rear and sides. The property is expected to realise in the region of €1 million.

The original Healy’s Hotel building was a coach house, built in the 1880s and owned by Lord Lucan.
