Be You beauty, health and wellness day

BE You is a beauty, health and wellness workshop, taking place in the Park Hotel, Kiltimagh, on Sunday, November 10, from 2 to 5 p.m.

The main aim of the day is for women to embrace their own uniqueness and learn the skills to be happy with being themselves.

Hosted by Swinford's Megan Durkan (Makeup with Megan), Be You will allow you find the most beautiful version of you, inside and out.

There will be a vintage themed tea party, complimentary prosecco on arrival and a fantastic range of local retailers with the best products and services around, plus a goodie bag. Guests will meet a panel of experts from the health, wellness, lifestyle, skincare, fashion, hair, beauty and makeup industries to help you find your inner goddess.

Says Megan: “I am lucky that in my profession I have met fantastic professional women who are now my friends. I have brought these women on my journey and now I am sharing them with you.”

They include Tanya McHale-Roe (Me, you plus 4), mum of four, airline cabin crew member and lifestyle and fashion blogger, who will highlight the best fashions for the real woman, all shapes and sizes.

Leisa Maloney (Make Me Sugar Free) is an Instagram legend with her Makemesugarfree lifestyle, incorporating her healthy eating and living habits.

Michelle Malone (That's So Shelly Fitness) has educated and re-educated herself on all things health and fitness and her success has grown in the last year with her new gym.

Eileen O'Grady (The Nutritional Nurse) will shed light on women's health issues, nutrition and coping with stress.

Anne Marie Lavin (relationship coach) will advise on our relationships with others but in particular our relationship with ourself.

Maria Dillon (Mrs Dillon's Diary) has shared her personal battle with her weight and brought followers on her journey to a super healthy life of balance.

Eileen O'Keefe (Eileen's Hair Salon), award-winning hairdresser and bridal expert, has years of experience and creativity.

Kelsey McCann (beautician) has worked internationally in some of top beauty businesses and has a wealth of knowledge.

Stephanie Coyne opened FACE in Castlebar, meaning we now know our hyaluronic from glycolic acids.

And Megan Durkan, award-winning freelance MUA, and real-life woman and mother, will be MC as well as giving a demo and advice.
