Portwest named one of the best workplaces in Ireland
PORTWEST was officially recognised as one of the Best Workplaces in Ireland 2020 at the 18th annual Great Place To Work awards held at the Clayton Hotel, Dublin.
This is Portwest’s first year to enter these prestigious international awards and it is a significant accomplishment to achieve such honour.

The company underwent a rigorous assessment process which included a comprehensive employee survey and a thorough evaluation of their policies and practices. This examined nine key areas and these practices were then benchmarked against other organisations in Ireland.
“This was a very robust evaluation process and we are extremely happy with the encouraging feedback,” said Deirdre Clarke, HR manager, Portwest. “A very high percentage of employees responded to the anonymous survey and the results of the survey were very positive.
“As a company Portwest is constantly looking to improve and better the lives of employees and their families by supporting staff in achieving a good sense of work-life balance.”
