FUNDING of €336,234 has been provisionally approved for Mayo County Council to take 11 housing developments in charge.

The housing developments to come under the remit of Mayo County Council thanks to this initiative include the following:

Black Oak Rise, Newport

Church Manor/Manor Gardens

Glenbrook, Knock

Moyvale, Ballina

Oaklawn, Killala Road, Ballina

Rath Cluain, Kiltimagh

Rathkip, Shanagh, Ballina

Suifinn Way, Ballycastle

Said Minister Ring: “This is really great news for housing estates and developments right across the county that have been left unfinished or in need of further work by developers.
